Use of the private portal may be logged, including successful or failed login attempts, stock entries, edits, deletions, master changes, user-management actions, time and IP address. This is intended for security, accountability and project-record purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

The New Tech Axis name, logo, website design, original text, graphics and internal portal structure are intended for New Tech Axis business use unless otherwise stated. Third-party trademarks, project documents or photographs remain subject to their respective rights.

8. Availability

New Tech Axis may update, suspend or modify the website or portal for maintenance, security, hosting changes or business reasons. Backup and recovery features reduce risk but do not eliminate the need for responsible operational procedures.

9. Prohibited Use

Users must not upload malicious files, falsify records, tamper with audit information, scrape restricted data, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website security or use the system in violation of applicable law or contractual obligations.
